Enjoy full TREC broker sponsorship, the biggest difference - you pay less!
CRRCo, LLC is unique. We offer broker sponsorship without having to pay all the fees. You will have no MLS fees, keycard fees, board of Realtor dues, E&O fees, etc, the list goes on.
Policies:
1) You are permitted to participate in referrals, new construction, HUD REO, and apartment locating transactions.
2) You are not paying for MLS, therefore you are not equipped to provide full service representation. The only types of transactions you are permitted to conduct are listed in Policy 1 above. You must gain written authorization from CRRCo, LLC to conduct any other transaction not listed in Policy 1 above. Property management is not permitted.
3) Property management is not permitted.
4) When referring a client to another agent, we require you use a written referral agreement
5) You must notify us in writing if you're terminating your sponsorship with our company
6) You must get any advertisements approved by our office
7) You are permitted to refer buyers and sellers to any reputable agent of your choosing
8) If you would like to perform any other tasks, activities, services, or do anything real estate related that isn't specifically mentioned in these terms and conditions, you must contact the office for prior written approval.
9) You understand you are an independent contractor
Commission Split Agreement:
You are receiving our promotional commission split of 80/20. Our normal split is 70/30 (agent receives 70%, company 30%).
You must also pay a sponsorship fee of either $195 every year or $20 every month. Sponsorship will terminate if you are ever more than 30 days delinquent on your sponsorship fee.
