TREC Sponsorship REquest instructions
- Log on to your TREC account at https://www.trec.texas.gov/
- On the Quick Start Menu
- go to Change You License Information and Manage Sponsorship
- click Manage My Sponsorship
- On the Manage My Sponsorship - Introduction page
- click Next.
- On the Manage My Sponsorship - Manage My List page
- terminate any current sponsorships
- then click Request Sponsorship
- On the Request Sponsorship page
- under License Type select Real Estate Company
- under License Number type 597678
- under License Rank click Real Estate LLC
- click Search
- select CRRCO
- click Request
- On the Manage My Sponsorship - Manage My List page
- click Next
- On the Manage My Sponsorship - Application Summary page
- click Submit
- On the Manage my Sponsorship - Statement of Applicant page
- click Yes
- click Next
- On the Summary Report page
- click Pay Now
- On the Online Application Payment page
- click Next
- On the Confirmation page
- click Next
- Enter payment information (fee should be between $10-$21 for the TREC fee)
- On the Online Application Payment Success page
- click Next
- On the Quick Start Menu
- logoff
TREC will generate an email to us letting us know that you've requested sponsorship. We will accept the sponsorship and then email you information and a copy of the company policy.
